Ministry of Education sent out "about the Opinion of Speeding up the Development of the Medium Vocational education " .It stressed that we would need to take the powerful measure and speed up the medium vocational education development. All levels of educational administration department would have to enlarge the overall planning of the vocational education in the eastern and the western areas, and in the cities and the countryside. We will put with emphasis the work on the medium vocational education development in the mid-west areas and in the countryside. In recent years, the high school stage education in our country has developed greatly, but with the high school stage education development, the uncoordinated phenomenon appeared between the ordinary high school education and the medium vocational education . It will be the current and the future significant strategic mission of the education reform and development to take science development view as the instruction and promote the medium vocational education fast and health development vigorously.In order to promote the development, the medium vocational education has to improve the teaching quality from the whole, and establish own vital role in the big education system . This research is to explore the effective way of safeguarding the teaching quality in the secondary vocational school through the present situation diagnosis to the national specialized middle school Inner Mongolia economics and trade school's teaching quality so that we can advance the educational reform and promote the school's steady development. I hope that the research can play the model role to the medium vocational education development. Among them, the research of teaching process quality is the core question which I studies in the paper. Revolving each step which the teaching process launches out into, I has analysed the influence factors of teaching quality , has discussed the research significance about the teaching quality in the secondary vocational school , and summarized the main question of the teaching quality in the secondary vocational school through carrying on questioning volume statistical analysis about the teaching quality to the teachers and the students of Inner Mongolia economics and trade school . In this foundation ,I has drawn up a series of practical and feasible countermeasures in order to safeguard the teaching quality of the secondary vocational school and has constructed the theory system to safeguard the teaching quality of the secondary vocational school. I hope that it can be refered by the colleagues in the practice.
