Based on the analysis, generalization and thinking of scholars on the study of school moral education returning to life (life moral education) in recent years, the article lays great stress on certain shortages or problems, and tries to explore the theory further and systematically, which aims at making a better understanding on the theory and putting it into practice of our school moral education;furthermore, improving the actual effect.The article is composed of five parts:The first part is mainly to analyze, generalize and reconsider the existent studies of returning school moral education to life, and put forward some potential shortages or problems on these studies.The second part makes a further discussion in terms of the background issued around the topic of school moral education returning to life and the reason why traditional school moral education divorced with life. The author contends that the prime factors contributing to this lie in academicalization, idealization and instrumentalizaion of school moral education.The third part studies the theoretical foundation of school moral education returning to the life. The existent research can be studied through the relationship between life and morality as well as moral education while the article will analyze them through three aspects including the related theories of life education, the educational view of humanism and socialization theories.The forth part makes a basic understanding or comprehension of the concept of school moral education returning back to life through explanations about life and school moral education returning to life, as well as discussions on main essences of this theory.The fifth part attempts to make a more specific and further exploration of the practice of school moral education returning to life from several aspects: the content, method, evaluation and areas of school moral education as well as the teacher-student relationship.
