The scientific curriculum reform is not only the key of this elementary education reform, but also is very difficult to have done. However, Weather the scientific curriculum success or failure is mostly decided by the teachers. Combined with the actual status which the domestic and foreign scientific teachers training, further consummating the theory system of the scientific teachers training in our country has become the important task which the science education researchers should not allow to avoid.Wuhan has implemented the scientific curriculum since 2004. The scientific teacher training system is not very perfect in the aspect of curriculum content, strategy , assessment system and so on.By consulting massive related materials, this research compared and analyzed domestic and foreign scientific teacher training. Then, this paper investigated the overall situation of the scientific teacher in Wuhan at present as well as the teacher train basic situation, by using questionnaire, investigation and analyzing data together, and parts of data are analyzed by software - SPSS11.5.The teacher adaptability for the curriculum, teaching manner, training and other aspect reflected the teacher training effect. Then this paper found the problems in the investigation, and put forward the improvement measure which is add up to the training goal, the training strategy, the training plan and training assessment system , thus further consummates the Wuhan scientific teacher training system. This research enriched the theory of scientific teacher training, and provided the effective instruction for the scientific teachers.
