With economy globalization and the advances of science and technology,knowledge economy, the most vigorous force ever since the industrial revolution inthe 19th century and the information revolution in the 20th century are approaching us.Knowledge management becomes a strategical tactic to meet with the times ofknowledge economy. Knowledge sharing is a very important component and one ofthe goals of knowledge management, and furthermore, it is the basic process ofknowledge management.In the knowledge economy times, education must adapt to the tempo of socialdevelopment. Now that knowledge management becomes an effective measure for theenterprises to boost interests, studies of knowledge management are actively carriedout in the education section which aims to impart and innovate knowledge.Knowledge sharing is a key and important point in the scope of knowledgemanagement. Most of the studies have been focused on colleges and institutionalorganizations. However, the study on high school education in the context of newcurriculum reform is put aside. The new tide of education reform makes schools meetwith the challenge of knowledge management. Knowledge sharing among thesupervisers and teachers will open a new way for them to improve effectiveness andefficiency and moreover to advance with the times.The present system of college entrance examination restricts the thoughts of highschool teachers and in the meantime the existing knowledge of schools is transferringbecause of the accelerated flow of human resources—school teachers. Therefore, howto improve the efficiency and effectiveness of high school education depends on theknowledge sharing among the teachers. The thesis discusses about the relevantconcepts of knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge sharing to define thetheoretical foundation of the present research. The two-dimentional mode ofknowledge sharing is analyzed in order to lay a theoretical basis for the future analysisof the knowledge sharing among the high school teachers. Based on the researchresults, the status quo of the researches in the education area at home and abroad andthe fact that personal knowledge management is the basis for knowledge sharingamong high school teachers is stated. Making use of the mode theory of knowledgesharing, the present researcher interprets the status quo of knowledge sharing amonghigh school teachers. The existing obstacles in knowledge sharing are summarizedfrom the aspects of supervising management, school culture, information technologyand personal elements so as to find a theoretical breakthrough for the present research.Combined with the influential factors of knowledge sharing and theoretical analysisof existing obstacles, four information solutions of knowledge sharing is summedup after the investigation of high school teachers. The present thesis lingers overtheoretical thinking and does not construct a model for the knowledge sharing in thehigh school, especially at the level of education technology. This is the deficiency ofthe present thesis and a tendency for the future studies as well.After we enter the knowledge society, various organizations of society call for a newrequirement for knowledge sharing. Since education shoulders the responsibility ofcultivating the next generation capable of undertaking innovative activities withinnovative spirit, innovative thoughts, it must precede the times, thus, high schooleducation must accommodate to the requirements of knowledge society the sooner thebetter and knowledge sharing and knowledge communication among teachers have tobe realized to lay a solid foundation for knowledge innovation.
