Research On The Balanced Managerial Strategies Of Region Enhancing School-oriented Educational Research

Conducting school-oriented educational research "on the school, for the school, in the school" , and exploring the effective way to realize the modernization of elementary education through educational research are new requirements for primary schools in cities where educational infrastructure has been developed ahead. However, at present, primary schools are short of mechanism and human resources to do so. Therefore, the status quo and the fresh need of school-based educational research are incompatible, thus forming the bottleneck hindering the development of school-oriented educational research. Well-planned balanced management and the systematically performed functional advantages of executive administration and vocational guidance are required to support the well-equipped urban primary schools to boost education by scientific research, i.e. region should impose the balanced managerial strategies on school-oriented educational research.This paper, by examining the educational activities held in a test area, which undertook a research program of national education reforms, tries to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility for promoting school-oriented educational research in urban primary schools in the way of case study, thus raising the balanced managerial strategies of region enhancing school-oriented educational research so as to set an example for the relevant reforms in similar regions.This paper contains four parts:The first part gives the practical definition of school-oriented educational research, and generally analyzes the historical necessity of carrying on school-oriented scientific research in urban primary schools.The second part analyzes the relationship between the region and school-orientation, and generally analyzes the practical necessity of the process of Region Enhancing School-oriented Educational Research.
