| In July 2003, the Ministry of Education promulgated biology course standard inthe senior high school . In September 2004, new biology course standard of the seniorhigh school started in four provinces: Guangdong, Shandong, Hainan, Ningxia. At thebeginning of starting the new biology course standard of the senior high school, wecan discover the gap between the current experiment teaching and new biology coursestandard of the senior high school by investigating the actual state of biologyexperimental teaching in senior high school. It provides help to the reform of seniorhigh school biology, and helps the developing realize the shortcomings of newbiology course standard of the senior high school generally. So they can have a furthercorrection and perfection.Up to July,2005 the biology teaching reform in senior highschool has already carried on for a year. We can also do some stage summary,spreading some good fulfillment experience flowing out in experiment teaching,introspecting and discussing concrete problems and try to find out how to resolve theactual problems. It contributes to deepen people's comprehension to education reform,and leads the experimental teaching reform hereafter, avoids detours, and speeds up it.This text mainly adopts methods of inquisition and research, drawing up aquestionnaire in checking the foundation of cultural heritage and interview. It carrieson investigating to present condition of experiment teaching on new biology coursestandard of the senior high school. Respectively from teacher, student's, twodimensions, it analyses and stats the valid questionnaire. And according toinvestigations and concerning the theories, it suggests how to develop the quality ofbiology experiment teaching: 1. strengthen the importance of experiment teaching;2,raise teachers' faculties;3, value a development of an the resource of experimentteaching;4, perfect experiment evaluate system, building up diversified evaluationsystem.
