The development of the preschool education is of great significance to satisfy the demands of society on variety of the preschool education, reinforce and enhance the nine-year compulsory education and make progress in the all of education. In 2006,nation passed a resolution about buliding socialist new countryside. Rural education is a important part that promotes the development of the rural common projects. However, as the first stage of the basic rural education, the project of the rural preschool education in our country appears to go down and some problems worthy of paying attention to have emerged. If these problems are not solved in time, they will endanger the development of the rural basic education, and affect the buliding of socialist new countryside and the development of the society in our country consequently.In this research, survey, extensive investigation, interview, documents-analyse and observation are used to investigate the current situation of rural preschool education in a town located in the north of Hei Long jiang province. Some problems are found out, and the reasons to the problems are analized, and some suggestions about the development of the rural preschool education are put forward. This resesrch consists four sections:In the first section: dissertation states the important meaning of developing the rural preschool education, introduces research condition about the problems of the rural preschool education, and clarifies how to choose research object and methods in this research .In the second section: on the basis of the survey and analysis, the problems of the preschool education in the township are discovered, they are mainly showing as follows: little quantity of the preschool education organization, bad condition of the kindergartens; serious tendency to"the primary school model"of the educating and teaching; bad living environment of infant teachers , and unsteady teacher troops .In the third section: dissertation states the main reasans of forming these problems, including that the bad administration of the grass-roots government; the infant education fund distribution is unfair; the infant education policy and program cannot be put into effect; housemaster have mistake understanding in the value of the preschool education.In the fourth section: dissertation brings forward the strategies for the current problems about rural preschool education. Detailed countermeasures includs: raising the congntion, strengthening the leadership, improving the management; extending widely the channel of fund, increasing education investment, improving the kindgarten condition; making the methods of education and teaching better, formating teaching system charateristic of the special village; intensifying the construction of teacher troops ,raising the whole level of village teachers .
