Study For School-based Curriculum Construction On Middle School Ethics Education

Since the day when the school-based curriculum development is determined as the important part of curriculum management mode, many educational workers have tried to find a point for combination with all other sectors so as to improve education and teaching quality. Study on construction of school-based curriculum for ethics education in the middle school is a new topic for discussion, which comes into being together with curriculum reform of basic education. Guided by ethics education program issued by the state and local government authorities concerned, based on scientific evaluation on demand of students in this school, we make full use of the resources of ethics education of the school and local community to select, modify and compile teaching materials or organize activities on moral and ethics education to students in this school with support from all related persons, and aiming mainly at school teachers and students. Based on current practice in construction of school-based curriculum for ethics education in the middle school, this thesis explores the significance of school-based curriculum construction for the middle school in China, analyses influencing factors and recommended countermeasures to construction of school-based curriculum for ethics education in the middle school.This thesis is divided into the following six parts:Part I.
