Special Instance Research On The Current Situation Of The "Dual-teacher" Staff And Countermeasure Of Cultivating In Local Higher Vocational Colleges

At present, higher vocational education has entered into high-speed developing period. All higher vocational colleges try their best to expand the scale of enrolling students. The students in colleges are increasing each year. The teachers are demanded more and more . Especially to the"dual teachers"who have the ability of both theory and practice. But to the level of the teachers'structures that possess"the qualities of dual-teacher", it is far from the purpose that higher vocational education must be built the first-level modernize education. The teachers'structures of"dual-teacher"face severe challenge.
