A Study On Cultivating Dual-Teachers In Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education which is included in higher education and with the characteristics of vocational education is one of the important parts in our higher education. Aiming at teachers' quality, special demands are needed. Optimizing "dual-teacher" teaching staff is not only the key to better teaching results but also the foundation of the existence and the development for vocational colleges. Cultivating dual-teachers is of great importance in optimizing its teaching staff.This paper will discuss it in the following four aspects.In the first chapter, "dual-teachers" is defined and the model of teachers' quality structure is stated.The second chapter summarizes the current situation of the present teaching staff in vocational colleges and analyses questions in optimizing teaching staff.The third chapter states the significance, the importance and the emergency in cultivating "dual-teachers" .The fourth chapter offers suggestions from the angle of colleges.
