During the limited time of class teaching, how can we construct a vigorous learning procedure, provide students with ample space of scientific exploration and meet the needs of students of all levels to develop autonomously? Interactive teaching, as a vibrant and brand new teaching mode, is increasingly bringing itself to people's attention nowadays.The concept of interactive teaching can be traced back to ancient times. In the book,'A Note of Study', the notion of"teaching is learning"and"learning from each other"emphasized that teaching was a self-organized procedure of communication and interaction. Interactive teaching not only demonstrates the feature of communication and interaction between teacher's teaching and students'learning, but also shows equality and equity in terms of their status. It has an influential impact. The interaction between teacher and students on equal terms serves as the core of the whole teaching procedure.The author of this essay, in her teaching of high school biology, treats the students as the active participants in the learning; provides them with much freedom and encourages the students to solve problems independently and take multiple approaches to conduct their studies; she also stimulates the students'thoughts through various methods and promotes students'individuality by encouraging them to give their different viewpoints. What's more, she also encourages the students'mutual help among themselves and enhances the formation of teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction and student's self-interaction in order to ensure the promotion of pleasure from teacher's teaching and student's learning. This also contributes to the sharing of ideas between the students and helps to develop their self-supervision during the learning procedure, to obtain extraordinary enjoyment in an extraordinary way.Through years of experimenting and observation, she sublimes the personal hypothesis into the theoretical speculation. Basing on the different types of lesson, she uses new methods in the biology class and adopts different forms of interaction, which helps to trigger students'great interests .She also stimulates students'full use of their sense organs...
