Since the 1980 s,China has gradually reformed the highly centralized curriculum policy,and school-based curriculum come into people’s vision.Some schools have taken the school-based curriculum as the starting point and successfully turned the school into that of characteristics.School-based curriculum is developed in accordance with the needs of students and the resources of the school and surrounding areas,so that students’ learning and life,society and nature also are linked and networked.It embodies the characteristics of pluralistic and open education.As a thousand-year old capital,Handan has rich cultural resources.Through the questionnaire,the author learned about the students’ understanding of Handan local culture and their willingness to learn.The survey found that students’ understanding of local culture in Handan is worrying.Students are very willing to learn and understand the local culture of Handan through Chinese school-based courses.Besides,the author also organizes and classifies the local cultural resources through the literature research and field investigation.On the basis of above-mentioned hard-work,the research on the development and utilization of the school-based curriculum for junior high school Chinese language with local culture is carried out.The author sets Handan local culture curriculum goals based on the Chinese curriculum standards five modules of literacy and writing,oral communication,reading,writing,comprehensive learning and three-dimensional curriculum objectives,as well as combining the characteristics of junior high school students.The innovation of this paper is that Handan local cultural content is sorted into oral communication materials,reading materials,writing materials and comprehensive learning materials according to the Chinese learning modules.The focus of research is to propose the integrated strategy of Handan local culture in accordance with Chinese curriculum standards four modules theory.Through the development of school-based curriculum of Handan local culture and Chinese,the students can learn some contents of Handan local culture,which will increase their knowledge accumulation and improve their Chinese accomplishment.In the learning process,students and teachers consciously inherits local culture,increasing the influence of Handan local culture.This study constructs the basic framework for the development and utilization of school-based curriculum resources of handan local culture and Chinese.Hope to Handan local culture and language school-based curriculum resources development and utilization of the practice to provide some useful ideas.
