Our course management system in the transition from one mode to the three mode atthe same time, established the position of the local curriculum in the macrocurriculum of national basic education structure. To meet the needs of the localcurriculum development and construction, we must solve the problems of localcurriculum resources. Heyuan is a country with two thousand years of history ofcivilization of the Hakka ancient town, here is the picturesque landscape, blew theHakka literature, art beats nature. Human landscape, winding and moving legends,glorious for thousands of years of cultural celebrities, be lively and vivid folk customs.To the construction of Heyuan local Chinese curriculum, education of local Chinese,you must be on the rich and colorful local culture resource development andutilization. This study through the literature method, provides the policy, theoryfoundation and value orientation for the development of Chinese curriculum resourcesin Heyuan local and utilization; through the questionnaire, statistics, interview method,literature method, fieldwork method to clarify the existence of Chinese curriculumresources in Heyuan area and distribution, development and utilization of the statusquo, and accordingly put forward the formation of linkage mechanism, providingconvenience, the integration of curriculum resources, prominent local features,according to the characteristics of resources, innovation and utilization mode, graspthe standard principle, clear evaluation, development and utilization strategy. It isforeseeable, once Heyuan local language curriculum resource development andutilization of Chinese curriculum construction success, also have springhead, it willfacilitate the local Chinese curriculum reform and the local cultural renaissancewin-win situation.
