Curricular reform is actually the teacher's reform, thus teacher's adaptability becomes the key question related to the successful implementation of new curriculum. In the process of implementing the new curriculum, individual teacher had not adapted to it in some degree. The limited adaptation of individual teacher must change into the infinite adaptation of teachers as a group, which can be promoted by cooperative development and then make the adaptation of individual teacher realized. But the practical questions existing in teacher professional development at present, including attaching more importance to exterior instillation than internal construction, individual and competitive development, not only result in the slow development of individual teacher and teachers as a whole, but also influence teacher's adaptive course. Therefore, the study paid attention to the adaptive status of teachers, and cooperative strategies of teacher professional construction including thematic salon of collective preparation for lessons, question-focused classroom observation, and school-based task research, based on flexibility teaching and research section, are raised on the basis of the theory of social constructivism learning, social interdependence and the five essential components of cooperative learning. Taking cooperative research within flexibility teaching and research section as independent variable and teacher's new curriculum adaptability as dependent variable, the study got the results as follows:(1)There are five dimensions included in teacher's new curriculum adaptability: concept adaptability, consciousness construction adaptability, behavior adaptability, self-efficacy of adaptation, emotional and press experience of adaptation.
