Subjective well-being may be defined as people's global evaluation of their lives by their own criteria. It's an important psychological index of life quality. Pre-school teachers are the significant others in children' lives, which can improve children's emotional development.The aim of this research is to learn the current station of preschool teachers' SWB and the correlation factors. Two hundred pre-school teachers were measured by means of SWLS, and ten teachers were interviewed, for improving the study of pre-school teachers'SWB.The main result as follows:(1) The SWB of the pre-school teachers is at a relatively low level in whole. Positive emotion is at a relative high level; passive emotion is a relative low level; about 1.5% preschool teachers are most satisfaction with their lives, and more 60%of them are less satisfaction their lives.(2) The scores of married and unmarried teachers on SWB, life satisfaction are not significant. Unmarried teachers experience more negative affect than married teachers; Teachers with different salary on the subjective well-being, life satisfaction, positive affect and negative affect are not significant; Teachers with different education levels differ greatly in the subjective well-being and negative affect. The scores of teachers with higher education level are the highest on SWB.(3) the satisfactory to work in pre-school teachers is at a relative high level; The satisfactory to work are positively related to subjective well-being, positive emotion, passive emotion.(4) There are two Factors witch influence the SWB of preschool teachers: Subjective factors: self-control, optimism, introversion and extroversion; Objective factors: social support, job, family income, self-reported health.
