The time management disposition reflects the way that individuals make of use and controls his time, and it can be considered as a kind of personality trait which is a multi-dimension and multi-level mental structure, include the sense of time value, the sense of time control, the sense of time efficacy. The scientific time management not only may enhance work and the efficiency of study, enhances achievement, but also may arrange the time, the work, the study, the entertainment reasonably, improves the quality of life, creates the happy life. The time management is the self- management, it has the vital role in young people's growth development. Individual time management disposition exist in study and work time management, displays for the concrete behavior individual use and the operation time. The time management possibly is one of the important reason which results the students' classification and forms lower-achievement students. It has the important theory and the practice significance to conducts the thorough research to the time management disposition characteristic and its training strategy of the middle-school students with lower-achievement. This research uses the investigation, Questionnaire, interview, the experiment from the self-angle.
