As a new model for teachers' continuous education , school-based training demonstrates a great number of advantages and widespread concern. The conditions of the Rural central primary school and the quality of the teachers are clearly better than that of the other schools. If the central primary schools in rural areas can play a role as a model and can be helpful to the rest, as research and education bases, the overall teaching quality of the other schools in the countryside can surely be important. On the foundation of other's research accomplishments, through investigation and analysis, this research try to find the challenges and difficulties and solve the problems in rural central primary school-based training, so the training can display and develop better under the present situation.Based on the questionnaire and interviews to the rural central primary school masters and teachers of Zhang Qiu country, there exists following problems:First, the thought of the leaderships is vague; Second, the training lacks characteristics; Third, teachers' initiative is poor; Fourth, the attention to professional development of the teachers is insufficient; Fifth, the rural central primary schools did not play due radiation and leading roles.
