An Analysis Of The Investment Risk Factors In Fitness And Recreation Sports Enterprises And An Establishment Of Systematic Evaluative Criterion

Fitness & recreation sports industry is one of the supporting and making money industries in developed countries. But in China, although it has grew for twenty years, it still is an infant industry. Enterprises develop slowly and often emergence illy management and disorder competitions. After having an interview with some managers, we found that lacking of investment risk analyses is the most important reasons of slowly development, and they are all faced with lacking of theories. So we adopted an empirical research to deeply analyzed the investment risk factors, and established a systematic evaluative criterions.After read literature read and consult Specialist, we summarized 31 investment risk factors and design a questionnaire. We survey parts of the fitness & recreation sports enterprises in Nanjing City. Then deal the statistical data with SPSS, and distilled seven indexes, such as specialized risk, fund and brand risk, management risk, market risk, product and environment risk, cultural risk, position risk. At the same time, we established a systematic criterion in order to evaluate the investment risks in fitness & recreation sports enterprises.Moreover, considering the actuality of Fitness & recreation sports industry in Nanjing, we put forward the guidelines of risk management and development stratagem, the principles of competition, and the important function of mental contract in manpower resource management.
