A Teacher's educational wisdom has become one of the hot issues of educational research in recent years. Looking at what we have achieved, we will found that the research needs to go further. Similarly, during the execution of education, the superficial educational wisdom and its deficiencies have become undeniable reality. From the perspective of connotation, basic elements and generation, the abstract initiates its discussion to explain a teacher's educational wisdom and to provide some expertise for the generation of educational wisdom and the promotion of quality and level of education.In defining the meaning of wisdom, we believe that a teacher's educational wisdom belongs to the educational realm and it is a kind of awareness of truth about the world of education and life of a teacher. It indicates a teacher's combined quality when dealing with complicated educational context and also the survival means in pursuit for better and happy educational life. It features knowledge, practice, value, integration and understanding.The study of basic elements of a teacher's educational wisdom is conducted from three aspects and two levels. A teacher's educational wisdom takes rational educational wisdom as core and education of value and practice as two wings, which three elements reach a harmonious integration. Among them, rational wisdom of education is the foundation of cognition; value education is the mainstay, while the practice education is the centralized manifestation.
