Instruction is the center task and function of university. Classroom instruction is a key link of all instruction jobs and crucial to improve instruction quality. It owns theoretical merit and realistic significant to research how to advance university classroom instruction level for the purpose of playing a role of existent teacher resources fully and enhancement instruction quality on the background of enrollment expansion continuously, privation in teacher resources, scarcity in plunging into instruction for teachers and conditions of classroom instruction be worried. The concepts of education, instruction, classroom instruction, and classroom instruction of university are different but share some correspondences. Education belongs to the concept of genera, while instruction, classroom instruction and classroom instruction of university are species. Instruction is a sub-concept of school education in a narrow sense, while instruction is a super-concept of classroom instruction, and classroom instruction of university is species of classroom instruction. The essence of classroom instruction is to promote individual development, perfection and socialization through culture. The essence of classroom instruction of university and classroom instruction is consistent. The essence of classroom instruction of university is that to promote individual development, perfection and socialization through culture, especial conversion of unknown to known and probing unknown. Classroom instruction of university embodies many peculiarities: specificity of instruction object; multi-unit of instruction aim; syntheticity of instruction content; exploration of instruction process; diversity of instruction method; high-depth of interaction teacher-students; complexity instruction psychology environment, etc. At present, the main stream of our university classroom instruction is good and better, nevertheless, there exists the following chief problems: the unbalance of relativity for transferring and receiving classroom information; singularity of instruction method and not ideal; deficiency of democracy in classroom; desultorily and impuissant classroom management. To further advance classroom instruction result and instruction quality, the below measures must be practiced: building up scientific rationale of classroom instruction; improving efficiency of knowledge quantity in instruction; straining after instruction skill and art; putting stress upon cultivation students'exploration competence; fulfilling rational and appropriate strategy for classroom management; furthermore, teachers must practice internal work arduously and live up to spur with long accumulation hardly.
