A Study On The Secondary Vocational School Students' Occupational Aptitude

In the secondary vocational school, most students will go to work after the school education that include common knowledge and career skill. The employment rate of Shanghai' s secondary vocational school students is 98.34%. It is a nice number. But the employment rate only says that the students can find jobs after the school education, it can not explain something about the relationship between students and society, such as if the students have interesting on their jobs, if the company are satisfy in these students and if the students make development in the position.The occupational aptitude of secondary vocational school students means the ability, with which the students can well transform their actors between the school study and the society. In recent years, people pay more attention on the senior school, so the number and quality of secondary vocational school students were influenced seriously and were decline. Now, there are many problems in secondary vocational school students' occupational aptitude. There are many reasons about these problems, some of the reasons are the students' psychological pneumonia and the others are related with school education and management.This thesis includes five parts.
