On The Formation And Optimization Of Teaching Resources In The Higher Vocational Colleges

The higher vocational education, which has developed for 20years, plays an important vole in our higher vocational education in China. It cultivates a large number of urgently demanded person of ability in different fields. And at the same time, it also forms a special way to develop the higher vocational colleges. However, compared with the higher vocational education aboard, we are far behind them, so people don't know much about the pattern of the higher vocational education's development. We have neither experience in founding this kind of colleges nor the teaching resources that can satisfy the need of higher vocational education. The problem of teaching recourse' construction has limited the development of higher vocational education.The essay focuses on analysis of the formation and optimization of teaching resources. The essay retrospects the process of construction and development of teaching resources in higher rotational education by searching the relevant materials and investigation in field. And it also includes the analysis of the formation of comparing resources and solution to the problem by comparing with the higher vocational education abroad and the aim and measures to optimize the formation of teaching resources in higher vocational colleges. This article tries to provide reference for the construction of teaching resources of higher vocational education.
