Information literacy is one of the necessary requirements of modern education to teacher.Tibet information technology level is lower than other areas in China because Tibet is influenced by its particular natural condition,history,culture and economy level. The count of the Tibetan teacher is so few and the information literacy level is so low that the education information technology in Tibet has bad recycle.The information literacy of Tibetan elhi teachers have commonness of common teachers as well as particularity which is different from inland teachers. This article integrates the particularity to research meaning of Tibetan teacher information literacy, indicates the direction of Tibetan teacher information literacy and quantifies the Tibetan teacher information literacy with overall and multivariate angle of view by author's field survey and investigation. It analyzes relativity of information literacy of teachers by statistical analysis method. We hope it could boost Tibetan elhi teachers to finish Tibetan education construction on their own initiative by improving the information literacy of Tibetan elhi teachers.
