The school adaption is the interactional result of the positive body-and-mind adjustment of the student and school campus environment learning to communicate with people finishing smoothly study stage getting the education aim which improves the student's mental quality and shapes their healthy personality and found the good base stage or process for the society adaption. The relationship between teacher and student is considered the emotion, constipation and behavior among teacher student as the major manifestation of the mental relation. The relationship between teacher and student is one part of social relation of middle Student and pupil, which not only reflects the social ability of the middle student and pupil but also affects study grades, school behavior of the middle student and pupil. So the relationship between teacher and student is the important factor affecting the school adaption of student.1038students of 26 classes from 4 primary school 3 middle schools 1 high school were investigated and investigated individually by the school adaption behavior inventory and the relationship between teacher and student evaluated question. The measure data is analyzed and discussed by statistics method such as factor analysis, compurgation analysis and relative analysis.
