The teacher-student relationship is one of the most basic interpersonal relationships.Teacher-student relationship also a core interpersonal relationships in the education and teaching process,it's very important for the students' development about Physical and mental health,a good relationship between teachers and students is helpful for students to have certain achievements in their studies,and Physical and mental health also have developed,poor teacher-student relationship may lead to cognitive bias and behavioral bias.This article is based on the previous research on the relationship between teachers and students,through the analysis and collation about the previous research,based on this material,used social work's theory,method and skills to do the case intervention.Based on a preliminary interview with a teacher and three students,this paper aims to understand the current situation of teacher-student relationship,and to determine the object of this case,and to achieve a planned and targeted intervention.After that,according to the plan and target give help to my client.In the intervention,I am proceeding from advantage perspective,guided by cognitive behavioral theory,focused on in-depth interview,Using a certain amount of social work intervention skills to help the case master change his incorrect cognition of English teacher and gradually improve his inappropriate behavior.
