Research On Indicator System Of Training And Testing For Swimming Judges

Using some national-grade swimming judges as research objects and applying methods of documents,logics,interview,questionnaires and statistics.this thesis reviewed the development history of our nation's system of swimming judges,analyzed the current training and testing situation of swimming judges,discussed the duties and tasks for swimming judges of different grades.and put emphasis on the contents and standard for training and testing swimming judges.The results indicate that nowadays the training and testing for national-grade swimming judges are relatively perfect,but those for judges of lower grade are under satisfaction.The situation in eastern areas and in colleges of physical education is better than that in western areas.We need a standardized and perfect system for swimming judges of under-national-grade.The test contents,methods and requirements differ between different places.Based on the questionnaires,this thesis sets the requirements and the indicator system and the outline for training and testing swimming judges fo all grades.and then make some suggestions.Through the work,the author wants to enhance our nation's system for training and testing swimming judges,to improve the construction of swimming judges.therefore.promoting our nation's swimming level.
