The purpose of the article is to investigate the changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine concentration and metabolism in the rats striatum, analyze the relations of indexes in synthesis and decomposition metabolism and discuss further about the influences and theories of different sports styles to sports central fatigue on dynamic changes of 5-hydroxytryptamine concentration and metabolism.High efficiency liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used to detect tryptophan in blood serum and striatum, fluophotometer method to 5-hydroxytryptamine,amino acid, 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid ,immunity histochemistry to tryptophan hydroxylase and purple light spectrophotometry to monoamine oxidase. The results showed that compared with the control groups, the tryptophan in blood serum value in acute group has a decling trendancy, and the rest indexes have an lifting trendancy among which the tryptophan and the 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in the striatum increase significantly. While the 5-hydroxytryptamine and the monoamine oxidase in the slow training group have a declining trendancy comparing with the control group. However, the striatum tryptophan concentration in the 5-week training group is higher than the control, and the 7-week one is lower than the control, both without significance.Compared with the acute group, different slow training groups, the blood serum tryptophan is the highest, increasing significantly compared with the acute one.The stritum tryptophan and the 5-hydroxytryptamine both have a lifting trendancy tcompared with the acute one without significantly. The results of this experiment suggested that the inhibition process takes the advantage in the central nerve system after the acute exhaustive exercise. And the dynamic metabolism observations of the striatum 5-hydroxytryptamine in training periods should be carried out.And the results also proves the fact that the duration of training coule decrease the free trypophan concentration indecued by the enhancemant of the fat motivation and the lift of blood free fat acid so as the carrier competition to the brain and blood (BBB)barrier between the serum free tryptophan and the free fat acid happens. It showed that 7-week training brought better adaptions in the body with an enhancement of adjustment capacity for the serum free amino acid passing through the BBB. In a conclusion, the 7-week training has a more suitable adapation function in enhancing the body ability. The less amout of synthesis than the decomposition could decrease the production of the inhabition transmitters to dely the occurrence and development of the central fatigue.
