The Outline On the Elementary Education is a sign that elementary education has been a new — course reform era in our country in 2001,and it brings a new spring for the geography education too." Facing on all students, stress their requires on all kinds of development and lifelong development" has been a new geography education theory. Emotion attitude and value are valued unprecedented and became one of the three goal that the two is knowledge and technical ability, process and methods. It is given by the era to foster students' geography practice ability and enquiry intention ,and evoke their geography interest ,the motions of loving their country ,making them have right population concept, resource concept, environment concept and continued development concept . However, the goal of emotion attitude and value in geography are not still valued in practice ,or say the goal is not effective .Base on the background of geography, author argued the junior middle school geography emotion attitude and value education. The author investigated the junior middle school geography emotion attitude and value education in Huhhot and Baotou in Inermongolia and invest that the present situation is not good. It also showed that the education on the field weak. The middle school geography textbooks are the important media ,basic resource and tool in geography teaching. The junior middle school geography textbooks guided by Geography Curriculum Standard are abundance in emotion attitude and value education factors , they are the important materials to foster students' motion attitude and value.The author analyses junior middle school geography textbook (2001) published by People's Education Press, guiding by Geography CurriculumStandard .construct geography emotion attitude and value type and add up them in entire and per type and per chapter. In order to come to the goal and improve it, author puts forward the scientific and efficient strategies of implementing motion attitude and value education in geography.
