Research On The Valuation And Construction Of Core Competition Of West Institute Of Managers And Its Development Pattern

By researching on West Institute of Managers as a management training organization which has already developed for more than 6 years and formed certain scale, this thesis discussed how management training enterprises should valuate, cultivate and construct its core competition and choose development pattern suitable for itself according to its construction of core competition, etc.The author led his comprehension of enterprise core competition into some forward position's theory of enterprise core competition. He theoretically explored the valuation method of core competition of management training enterprises, besides, he established a set of index system and valuation method used in valuating the condition of core competition of management training organizations. Then, by this valuation method, he gradually analyzed and diagnosed the current situation of core competition of West Institute of Managers and found problems existing in West Institute of Managers. Finally, according to these problems, the author raised train of thought about constructing core competition of West Institute of Managers. He also analyzed and studied how to choose future development pattern of West Institute of Managers. In the course of research, the thesis combined theory with practice and combined quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.
