To every social member, the education and influence of the family, which can socialize a person earlier even his lifelong, is significant. The family is"a place where the personality forms".Since reform and Opening up, for looking for the new development space, the rural population gathers together toward city continuously, and becomes huge tide of peasant worker troops. Census for the fifth time to 2000, the national fluid population scale is already over 100,000,000. Children left in the rural areas can not live together with their parents who go to other regions to work, stay in the household register. We should see that these children are similar to mobile juvenile students in city in education predicament situation. The situation is by-product in the urbanization, and that is rational choice of rural laborers under the restraint of objective social structure. Along with the fast development of society, politics, economy of our country, and with the sharpening transformation of social structure and urbanization, more and more young people in the countryside are going into or will go to the city. That also means that problem of children left in the rural areas will exist for long time.If we do not know the basic circumstance of the children left in the rural areas, we will affect the scientific decision for this problem radically. In order to understand the circumstance better, and to research and solve problems, this study uses the empirical research on the basis of the domestic existing and related research results. The article chooses a case group of children left in the rural areas of Daxing town Suqian city. The study hope to describe the group characteristic from three aspects: 1.The basic condition of the children left in the rural areas. Include the following information: scale, age and sex of the children, the reason of the circumstance, the condition of administer on behalf of the parent, the ability to live by themselves, association condition of the same generation groups. 2.The identification condition of these children, such as self-identification, future anticipation, the identification to countryside, parents and family. 3. The education condition of the children .Include the family education, the schooling, the influence of parents' education idea on their children. At the same time, compared with the children whose parents live together with them, the children left in the rural areas don't grow healthily when their parents go out for work. The reason is: because they lack family education, and always grow in the environment where they could not in good management. So their achievement has to descend, which leads to the formation of negative personality. The character development exist bad influence. On the other hand,"the child of the poor people takes charge of house early". The children left in the rural areas have a strong ability to take care of themselves. They become very reasonable at low grade, and they understand their parents'difficulties. Based on the study of the underprivileged group, the article have some measures to solve the problem: Tore down system barrier between city and country; decrease the education cost in city; resolve education problem of the children whose parents are fluid population; The school need play main body function,and make the schooling turn to family education..
