According to《the athletics of common and high school in whole country educates the professional course project of professional undergraduate course》( short called《the course project》as follows ) issued by the Ministry of Education in 1997, the developing object for undergraduate students majoring in PE in university is"specialized and various adaptable"multiple talents in the physical education ,who have modern education concept,sound quality and career morality , confronting modernization,the world and the future, adapting to the need for our countries'socialism modernization construction and the foundation education reform and the effective demand of the development, virtuous teach, intelligence, athletics, beautiful teach completely develop, professional foundation generous, have the modern education idea, good science cultivated manners and the occupation morals and have the frontier spirit and practice the ability, can be engaged in the teaching, training and competing, also be able to school's research, regulation and social guidance.
