Independent colleges hasve now become an important part of the Chinese higher education career, and how to develop and manage the human resources of Independent institute in China has a very important practical significance. In this paper, with Taking Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Wuhan College as an example, companying with some related theory knowledge of human resource management and features about other human resources of the independent institute in relevant, analyses several problems in human resources management of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law Wuhan College:overall talent introduction planning is not perfect; talent assessment system, incentive system can not reach the designated position; management informationization level of human resources needs to be raised; administrative, logistics human resources management needs to be strengthened; being lacking of university culture. Put forward some methods and countermeasures to solve these problems:establish a scientific talent strategy planning; Perfect college salary appraisal and incentive system; realizes overall information of human resources management; Improve management level of administrative and logistics personnel; establish a "people-oriented" university culture. In order to provide some basis and reference for promoting healthy, harmonious and sustainable development of independent institute in China.
