With the further progress and development of the new curriculum reform, building up high—quality political teacher groups in the high school is very important to promote quality—based education. School-based educational research is the hotspot of educational theory and the most important tactics to promote the new curriculum reform. In the school—based educational research, teachers are main, the questions of teaching and education are the research's objects, and promoting practice and teachers'and students'development are the objective. The school—based educational research provides a effective way for high school political teachers'professional development. Political teachers in the high school can play their mainstay in the school—based educational research, which Can make all political teachers appreciate their value and complete professional development. In the course of politics teaching, how do political teachers take part in the School-- based educational research and promote professional development? This question is the most important content in this thesis.This thesis takes teachers'professional development as breakthrough point. On the basis of combing forefathers' research results, it probing into school—based educational research in teachers professional development. This thesis has mainly used methods such as literature research, questionnaire investigation, analyzing comparing, interview, etc. On the basis of theory of teachers professional development probing the school—based educational research. It embodies the teachers'professional development in the high school political education.
