At the beginning of this century, the eighth elementary education courses reformation has rapidly been pushed on in our country . The new courses system has brought forth new ideas and made a breakthrough in the course founction, structure , content , implement , evaluation and management , which is a severe challenge to the teachers in the primary school and middle school .The teachers in the primary school and middle school take part in the new courses directly. Whether the new courses can be carried out smoothly lies in whether the teachers adapt to the new courses or not. The implement of the new courses will have contradictions and conflicts with the old courses environment , courses ideal , evaluation standard and the teachers' accomplishments . What needs to be done is to deepen the teachers' understanding to the new courses, and increase their ability and level in carrying out the new courses . Strengthening to train the teachers for the new courses is the key link in the new courses reformation.There are varions ways for the teachers training. But the school-based teacher training, with its unique superiority , can greatly remedy the defect of the new courses teacher training . Basing upon school-based teacher training is the most efficient way in training groups of new model teachers and increasing the qualities of the teachers. In order to ensure the new courses are carried out and the teachers adapt to the new courses, it is a very important way to adopt school-based teacher training .In order to carry out the new courses, schools must establish the implement countermeasure in dealing with the new courses school-based teacher training. Firstly, change the teachers' conception, make them understand and accept the new courses. Secondly, strengthen the management to the training organization, and ensure the training work to develop smoothly. Thirdly, renew and optimize the content of the training, enhance the focalization of the training. Fourthly, choose the suitable training model meticulously to increase the training efficiency. Lastly, establish a perfect and just evaluation system to promote the teachers' development of special field of study.
