These characters are constructive. For example, they can increase the efficiency of the moral education and strengthen knowledge training and so forth. But it is not perfect. The current moral education is too rigscent and is short of validity.Postmodernism, with tolerance as its spiritual core, emphasizing non-center, difference, uncertainty and inconsistence, caring for the marginal and the vulnerable, will profoundly influence the moral education. Firstly, the goal of moral education ought to base itself upon now and keep the rhythm for realizing continuable development. Secondly, the content of moral education ought to syncretize various materials and serve for living. Thirdly, the relation between of teachers and students will be equally dialogic and non-authoritative. Fourthly, the investigator of moral education should be an open conversational partner, and should syncretize various ways. Certainly, the pure postmodernism is not feat for our moral education. The appropriate way is to syncretize the two ideas for the new development in current moral education. |
