On the basis of new researches of emotion psychology, especially the researches of the effects of moral emotion on moral cognition, this thesis summarizes the defects of the researches on moral education models, and analyses the connotation of the integration of cognition and emotion, and advances the moral education model of the integration of cognition and emotion. This thesis discusses the connotation and characteristic of moral education model, and the style of moral education model, and the theoretical characteristic of research of moral education with the methods of analyses literature, and theories pectination, and field survey, and so on. And more, it discusses the connotation and main characteristic of moral education model of integration of cognition and emotion, and expounds the basic idea, and the framework and key element, and the aim of function, and the main points of manipulation in the moral education model of the integration of cognition and emotion.The construction of moral education model of the integration of cognition and emotion has its theoretical base and real foundation, emphases organic combination of moral cognition and moral emotion, and it expects students' cognition activity and emotion activity at a state of unification and harmony and virtuous circle on the basis of active interaction by creating some teaching conditions, and producing a harmonious state of mind that cognition and emotion helping each other forward. This adapts students' development of moral cognition and moral emotion, thus it arouses students' moral learning enthusiasm, and it stimulates the initiative of students' moral learning, and it furthers students' accepting, understanding and mastering to content of moral courses, and it develops students' ability of moral learning and advances the level of students' moral.
