Research On The Cultural Character Of Higher Education Institution

Nowadays different countries'higher education institution has its own character. There are many reasons for these differences, but back to the root, culture is the basic reason for these differences. Any kind of higher education institution develops in the specific cultural atmosphere. Culture accesses to the every aspect of the higher education institution. So, different cultural background has different higher education institution. 21ST century is the new era of the higher education institutional innovation . Our country should think it well when we looking for the way of development and learning the other's experience. This requires us to bring forth the new ideas and combine the inheritance and creation.This study tries to begin from the relation between culture and institution, through the historical investigation and analysis among the States,Great Britain and Japan to show the different cultural character and scan our country's higher education institution's cultural character. At last, on the basis of the study, I reflect our country's higher education institutional innovation and give some advice.
