As the development science and technology ,the speed acceleration of the knowledge renew and he frequent change of vocation ,it isn't satisfied that the employee has only one technology with the restructure of industry and the development of the market economy ,the worker changes their job more frequently , with the appearance of the study society ,the vocation education will be in the whole process of the employee in their career All of those make it necessary for the future worker that the broad and sound base and the ability of study . The tradition education can not meet the need, which only teach knowledge or emphasis on the technology and practical knowledge . All of the above indicate the conception of the china vocation education is changing from post orient education to comprehensive vocation education and lifelong education.The idea of is the product of development, which represents the demand of advanced productive, the definition of lifelong education by Poul Lengand:" A series of concrete thought experiment and accomplishment, in another words, it is the complete education which it includes all respects all contents of education and the continues development from the moment of one person be bom to the end of the life, which it includes the organic relationship of all developed stage and all moments of the education." But lifelong education not only extend the study time of individual and enlarge the target of the education, but also innovate the aim of the culture the content, the source, the method and the way of the traditional education, to change the "knowledge center "education to "self-improvement "continuous development education, to construct study society of knowledge economy era through mobilizing the consciousness of individual, raising the custom of study, improving the ability of study. So the orientation of secondary vocation education is to establish the base of the student for the vocation career. But from the investigation on the present conditions of the curriculum of the secondary vocation school , it is not good enough to the student of their broad and sound base and the ability of study that the curriculum , the way of study , mentality of the teacher , the way of teach , the assess institution of teach and the assess institution of the curriculum is in effect of the secondary vocation curriculum system , which is out of accord with the demand of the development and the lifelong education .So the secondary vocation curriculum system should be that culture the student to cognitive, to do the job, to exist as the target of the curriculum, and follow principle the importance , the continuous development and the nature of the person. In the structure of the curriculum, it should be reformed to get the purpose of optimization the curriculum that is the structure between curriculum and professional curriculum, the structure of and the structure of professional curriculum. In carryout the curriculum, to renew the idea of the teacher, to establish the idea of developing the character, to set up the teach sense of initiative development, to change the passive study fashion to culture the initiative sense and ability of study, to design the teach way to culture he initiative study ability. In the access of curriculum, the continues development access institution should be established to promote the full-scale development of student, to promote the quality of the teacher to promote the development of curriculum.
