| Classroom is the central link of school education and the main way for schools to cultivate students.From the current educational situation,teachers’ understanding of gender equality concepts is not sufficient,and students are also influenced by traditional gender concepts,resulting in explicit or implicit gender bias in the field of classroom teaching.The gender differences among primary school students exhibit obvious characteristics in the upper grades of primary school,which is an important period for students’ physical and mental development.To enable students to better develop comprehensively,it is necessary to pay attention to the gender differences that exist in students’ development and provide them with correct guidance.Starting from the comprehensive development needs of each student,teachers should pay attention to the different performances of students due to different genders in classroom teaching.This article takes 32 online courses and 16 offline courses of L Primary School in L City as examples,and interviews 8 teachers and 11 students.By analyzing the data collected from classroom teaching observations,it was found that The differences between teachers in classroom teaching are manifested in two aspects: the differences in the selection of questioning objects by teachers and the differences in the management of students in the classroom by teachers.The differences between male and female students in classroom learning are manifested in three aspects: differences in students’ interest in learning different subjects,differences in students’ choice of problem content types,and differences in students’ ways of solving problems.Through investigation and research,it can be found that in primary school classroom teaching,whether it is in the classroom learning process of students or teachersBased on the analysis of the gender differences between students and teachers in classroom teaching interaction,we should further explore and think about the causes and impact of gender differences in classroom teaching.In order to construct the optimal route of gender equality classroom some valuable suggestions. |
