The Aesthetic Education Infiltration In Biology Teaching

Aesthetic is the cultivation of a sense of aesthetics through aesthetic practice and activities, which is a necessary part of education development. Biology science in itself is full of science beauty and natural beauty. So in biology teaching we should give full play to the biological advantages in aesthetic education, and cultivate the potential aesthetic function in biology textbooks. In combination with biology teaching, we should train our students to discover the beauty, appreciate the beauty and cultivate the image of beauty so as to enable them to develop their personality for the purpose of building aesthetic personality. In biology teaching, aesthetic education should be emphasized to cultivate the students'proper aesthetic awareness, the formation of aesthetic standards, and also the improvement of appreciating beauty and creating beauty.As modern biology teachers, we should focus on the following things: 1.The teaching on the biological beauty and image teaching. 2. The teaching on the science beauty and heuristic method teaching. 3. The teaching on the formal beauty, language beauty and emotion. 4. In- class teaching in combination with after-class activities. By teaching on these 4 aspects, the aesthetic education will be involved in biology teaching to reach the goal of"Evoking emotion with beauty and wisdom with emotion".Modern aesthetic should concern about people's lives and their life time, whose ultimate objective is to improve the all-round development of personality.
