The goal of development in science and technology of the following 15 years of China: Built up an innovative country in 2020, its essence is to strengthen independent innovation ability, train high-level innovative talents. At present, the basic education initiative spirit of China is scarce seriously. Reasons which lacks this kind of initiative spirit are in many aspects: For example, the great respect is situated in the current structure of education of our country. Small respect, the policymakers of the school lack the initiative spirit. Narrow the range again, we cast sight on the classroom instruction in the school. What this text should expound the fact is: The disappearance in initiative spirit of classroom instruction in the school, the reinventing of the idea, and the problem that will solve while implementing. This text proposes: Use " green " GDP in economics, propose " green classroom instruction ". Rebuild the values of classroom instruction and appraisal view. Its key idea is: The so-called " green classroom instruction ", organized by teacher purposeful, planned, effective study that students carry on, " organic ", " ecological " activity course in essence, on the outstanding foundation that " studies purposefully and plannedly and effectively ", pay close attention to the latter further.. As to its form of expression, describe five respects emphatically: Democratic relation; Explore interdynamically; Guide and participate in; Cooperative competition; Study independently. Meanwhile, on terms that the existing class gives lessons and makes restriction that can't change, really implement " green classroom instruction ", solve the realistic problems of the following five respects: The ones that study the content are appropriate, academic environment is loose, study the variety of the form, forgiving studied science and study of organizing course and appraised.
