As the globalization fervor is whipping up, interpersonal communication skills and the spirit of cooperation are essential to modern quality. In the curriculum concepts, "Ordinary high school Curriculum Standards" clearly points out that improving every senior school student's scientific quality of biology is the core mission of the senior high school biology curriculum. The scientific quality of biology includes knowledge & skill ,process & method, emotion attitude & value, etc. among which the sense of cooperation between members of the team is an important component of scientific attitude. But modern education system stresses the importance of competition and neglects to develop the cooperative ability among students; meanwhile, an increasing number of only children become accustomed to referring to "I" as the center, wearing a magnifying- glass to see their own strong points and other's weaknesses. They lack the sense of the cooperation, obsess with online exchanges and neglect to communicate and cooperate with fellow students. Therefore, in current situation, to improve the youth's awareness of cooperation is of great significance.Based on the research study, this paper discusses how to improve students' awareness and ability of cooperation and build cooperative values among students. Also, it will deal with guiding the students to experience success in cooperation and developing their perfect personality to achieve their all-round development.The basic process of this research includes two aspects: theoretical research and empirical research. The study subjects are the students of Class 3 and Class 5, Senior Grade 1 in Changshu Shanghu Senior High School. It took me two years to finish the research.Through combing the theories of research learning and cooperative learning and comparing them, a meeting point between them was found to be conformitied organically. Then, the concepts of "cooperation" and "consciousness" are analysed and the concept of "sense of cooperation" is bounded. The way to foster cooperation is raised. On this basis, I design a questionnaire with the theme of "sense of cooperation among senior high school students" to investigate at earlier stage before the implementation of the new teaching materials. Then, by comparing with "biology curriculum standards" and reading ordinary high school curriculum textbooks (Module 1-molecules and cells; Module 2-genetics and evolution; Module 3-ecology and environment). I find out the research learning contents which are fit for being conducted in the form of team work, design teaching plans and carry them out in the classroom teaching.
