At present is carrying on the new curriculum reformed proposed "all for Chinese nation's great revival, all in order to promote student's development" advanced idea. Reforms in the new curriculum in the process, the education appraisal reform, the student assessment the reform is more important which relates success or failure which the new curriculum reforms. Therefore, the research junior middle school thought moral character class developmental student assessment has the vital practical significance.The traditional junior middle school thought moral character class student assessment overemphasizes the appraisal function , the assessment method, the appraisal content, the appraisal method, the appraisal main body quite is unitary, excessively many pays attention to student's knowledge and the skill, neglected has studied the process to the student assessment and the emotion manner values appraisal. The junior middle school thought moral character class of developmental student assessment is "take student's development as this", promotes student's full scale development, the individuality development, promotes the student thought personal character growth, raises student's innovation ability and practice ability, helps the student to set up self-confidently, drove the student is progressive.This article is composed of two parts. The theory aspect, this article to the expansibility appraisal concept, the theory basis and the appraisal function did elaborated thoroughly.
