Classroom management classroom teaching occupies an important position, effectiveclassroom management is not only to guarantee the teaching smoothly and to improveteaching quality is important assure, it is the effective way to promote the comprehensivedevelopment of the students. As the new curriculum reform deepening, the traditionalclassroom management has faced challenge. With a scientific concept, new perspectives forthe study of effective classroom management has become a trend of development.The classroom management connotation and the influence factors of effective classroommanagement undertook preliminary discuss, put forward reasonable junior middle schoolthought personal character class effective management strategy. According to the domesticand foreign research results as the basis, according to the traditional classroom managementproblems, based on years of teaching experience in the practice, by means of literatureanalysis, questionnaire survey method, interview method, classroom observation form, foundthat some thought personal character classroom teachers in different level land is existing inthe classroom management improper behavior, mainly for the teaching design can notadequately to attract students, classroom teaching target is not complete, did not fulfil reachthe designated position; class organization ability, teaching mode and teaching evaluationsystem of old machines, is not conducive to the students all-round development of personality;lack of teachers and students, students interaction, student’s main body status remains be fullyreflected, teacher-student relationship tense. The reasons for these problems are: the teacher’sknowledge level and professional knowledge; teachers’ leadership style and managementexperience; the student’s personality and psychological factors and the environmental factors.In order to effectively solve these problems, the author puts forward the following threeaspects: the strategy of effective classroom management strategies of effective classroommanagement; affective strategies of effective classroom management; teaching strategies.The author tries to make the research junior middle school thought personal character classteachers more aware of their classroom management behavior meaning, especially in-depthunderstanding of Ideological and moral class effective management strategies, so as to createa full of vigor and vitality of the new junior middle school thought personal character class,students complete and successful life lay the necessary foundation. It is breach with this driveteachers to the new curriculum idea change ceaselessly and deepen, update, change their concept of education and teaching, and promote the continuous development of theeducational reform.
