At present,China’s education sector reflects the individual ability of students and personality display as a key link in personnel training.The display of individual ability and the display of individuality must be supported by the correct thinking and understanding.Only in this way can we ensure the quality education can achieve the desired effect.However,junior high school ideological and moral courses in guiding students to form a correct outlook on life,world outlook and values play an extremely important role.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the students ’quality,to display the students’ individual talents,it is very important to improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and moral courses in junior middle schools.The purpose of this paper is to explore the practical methods and measures to improve the effectiveness of ideological and moral education from various aspects of education so as to promote the improvement of students’ ideological level and the development of practical activities,Improve their ability to cope with life problems.In addition to the conclusion,this paper is divided into five chapters:Chapter One Introduction.This part mainly introduces the background and significance of the teaching effectiveness of junior high school ideological and moral education,investigates the history and research status of teaching effectiveness at home and abroad,and expounds the innovation of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the teaching effectiveness of the moral education in junior middle school.This article mainly discusses the concept of the effectiveness of junior middle school moral education,and clarifies the effect and significance of junior middle school ideological and moral teaching effectiveness on teachers ’teaching activities and students’ learning.The third chapter of junior high school ideological and moral teaching effectiveness of the implementation of the status quo.Through three different time period questionnaire survey,a comparative analysis of the theoretical teaching and practice of a lesson,obtained in junior high school ideological and moral teaching in the theory and practice of the important issues.This part of the content from the micro perspective we select the most familiar examples in our lives to analyze,from the phenomenon of analysis of the problem,draw conclusions.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the actual effect of junior middle school moral education.Based on the questionnaire survey,this chapter explores the real factors influencing the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and moral education in junior high schools from three dimensions: school,family and society.For example,from the aspect of teaching work,the emphasis is on teaching objectives,teachers’ innovation consciousness needs to be improved,the content of teaching materials is not diversified,the forms of education evaluation are not diversified,and social activities are lacking.Pursuit of achievements and bad behavior demonstration is the main reason for the implementation of ideological and moral teaching content;from the social point of view,the main analysis of the diversity of social thought is how to influence students to judge standards.The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and moral education in junior middle school.In view of the above analysis of schools,families and society in the phenomenon,put forward the corresponding solutions and measures.These methods and measures are for the details of the analysis of the results,not only detailed and more suitable for practice.
