This paper explores the basic theory and psychology laws of Chinese Reading Teaching, it based on the psychology theoretical knowledge, the present questions of Chinese teaching in China and the practice made in research on reading. The author raises the emotional education in Chinese Reading Teaching, and this thesis explores the theories of the emotional education in Chinese Reading Teaching according to Cognitive Constructivism theories, Constructivism theories, Meaningful Learning theories, Humanistic theories and the other native-foreign teaching theories. It improves students' ethics, sentiment and healthy aesthetic judgment, so that students set up right value and human life idea.In traditional teaching teachers attach importance to text knowledge construction and all knowledge relations. However, they seldom are concerned about the condition for students' emotional factors; we should found a classroom atmosphere of the reading by taking these measures, respecting the students' subject position and emotional communication. I expound the emotional education through motivating students' emotion, leading the students to reading learning, founding a good classroom environment, digging the emotion in the textbook, stressing teaching art. By the content and effect of emotional education, practice and influential factors in reading teaching, I found out an effective model of the emotional teaching, which will take an effect in the emotional education in the future.Finally, I summarize the research achievement through students' cognition, emotion, knowledge, ability so on. But these research outcomes suggest another question rather than an answer and another hypothesis (a tentative conclusion rather than the ended conclusion).In short, the emotional education in Chinese Reading Teaching can promote the students' development of intelligent factors and factors that contrasted with intelligent, train their fine reading action and habit, stimulate the students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, really improve their reading competence, foster students' right connoisseurship, raise their ethical mastery, thinking and sentiment, that make some conclusion for reforming in Chinese Reading Teaching.
