Emotions, attitudes and values is the new curriculum standard 3d object, is one of the contemporary school teaching process of necessary component. Through the emotional education, we can make the students' scientific literacy and humanities in their daily study life synchronizing lifting, thus forming perfect personality. Biology is a science course, containing rich humanistic ideas and emotional education materials,.In the new curriculum reform and quality education popularization process, biology occupies the position that cannot be ignored. Meanwhile, biological sciences is also a kind of experimental and operability strong discipline, can highlight development students' individuality. However, the current quality education due to various subjective and objective reasons, difficult. Most schools still apply the traditional teaching mode, quality education philosophy has not been thoroughly,therefore, the emotional education will become a mere formality, seriously affect the development of the students' individuality and all-round development. Because most schools can not properly position the role of emotional education in the teaching process and the concept of emotional education is not universal, based on the collection of a variety of domestic and foreign concept of emotional education,based on accessing to relevant documents ,based on the teaching practice, the paper uses comparative research and literature study and research and other methods to construct a relative scientific, comprehensive and objective biology teaching emotional education system and the practicality of this system is explored.This study mainly includes the following content:(1)the emotional education background, this part respectively from the education status,the social status, the school and the family status and the present situation of the students explained the background of this study; (2) the construction of the theory system, based on the emotional education theory of the education experts and scholars at home and abroad, this study extends out of comprehensive theme; (3)the research of the necessity and feasibility of biological teaching emotional education,make a comprehensive analysis of present educational situation, and use proper biology teaching case to verify the necessity and feasibility of the biology teaching emotional education; (4) the policy of the biology teaching emotional education,discuss the factors such as the class teaching situation, scientific literacy and humanities of teachers,and a variety of classroom teaching model and so on, to find implementation strategies of biology teaching emotional education in the process of biology teaching.The results show that: (1) the primary and secondary schools in some towns especially rural schools still adhere to the traditional biology teaching mode,it is adverse for primary and secondary school students' individual character development and overall development; (2) the demands of the society for talents and cultivating produces change, then biology teaching is required to give a scientific, objective and comprehensive training for the students;(3) the development of the biological culture requires the emotional education that is full of humanistic care in the biology teaching process (4) there is also a great lack of the development and the updates of emotional education to be found through the biology teaching practice.In view of the above, this paper puts forward some new thinking and proposals for the work that biology teaching emotional education is implemented in the rural middle school of ZaoZhuang.
