with the development and practice of information technology in educational field, information accomplishment, which will fulfill the needs of education reform and further specialization of teaching. Now, modern information technique has been set up as a required course in the primary and middle school in our country,and the level of teachers' modern information technology accomplishment will directly influence the cultivation of students' modern information technology ability. Therefore, in order to keep pace with the time and new trend of education and remodel the teacher's role, the task of being of information accomplishment is inevitable for the vast teachers in primary and secondary schools.Based on the investigation and research, the article studies the current conditions of information accomplishment of teachers in Jian city, theoretically and practically puts forward the culture tactics with the reference of it both domestic and aboard to answer the questions of why and how to upgrade the teachers' information accomplishment in primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped areas.
