This article approaches different sex educational methods conducted among students in normal school based on Jean Paul Praget's Constructive Learning Theory as well as related teaching and educational theories from home and abroad. According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of normal school' students, The article aims at the design of different methods of giving sex education in the classroom and provides objective basis for developing puberty sex education scientifically and effectively. Research object is 131 students, who started school in 2005, from 3 normal classes of Grade 1 in Nanchang No.2 Normal School. Self-study with the help of courseware was used to teach knowledge about sex physiology and group-discussion was used to teach knowledge about sex psychology and defending from sex harm; mimic-role demonstration was organized to introduce sex morals and laws while double competitive activities were held when learning about AIDS. Experiment teaching lasted 12 weeks, and there were two lessons every week. The result shows that varying ways can bring about active classroom participation and the students' principal operation and constructive knowledge are well demonstrated. These methods help students to take proper approaches towards sex education, enhance their sex morals and legal sense, and arm them with knowledge of self-defending in case of sex encroachment. Students are able to learn the necessary knowledge in a much shorter time. Its teaching effect is obviously better than traditional educational method. The conclusion shows that the normal school students' growth of body and the development of their secondary sex features advance by leaps and bounds , this is the one of signs of early maturation of personal body and heart between middle school students and college students. But at the same time, it has also brought new problem to society. It is important to carry out proper sexual education to the student in the stage of this age. So it is imperative to carry out sexual education scientifically and objectively for teenagers.
