Culture is the inner content to run a school. The culture of school is the soul of a school, which encourages all the staff to carry out the educational reform and impulses the educational innovation and the development of the school. Culture is the process of a moving development.Only excellent school culture can bring out excellent school.Modern school culture is a very important spiritual strength to develop the school. It can encourage all the teachers and students to carry out educational reform. Modern middle and primary school culture is the value sense, thinking methods, behavior way and activity result, which is spring from the teachers and students' sense and reflecting the characteristics of the times. It is one of the most important strengths to improve the development of the school and encourage the staff and the students to carry out the innovation. Modern school culture is open, aggressive and competitive along with cooperation. Modern school culture pays attention to human's living style and life value.The construction of modern school culture is a creative system.It is the basic project to improve running schools.
